Refund Policy

At Olus Kitchen (operated by Olu’s Kitchen (UK) Limited) we prepare fresh, perishable meals to order. This policy explains when refunds and remedies apply. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Fresh Food Orders

Our meals are freshly prepared and perishable. Because of this, the law (the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013) does not give a 14-day cooling oof period for food that made to order.

This means:

• We cannot offer refunds if your change your mind after placing an order

• We cannot accept returns of food items.

 

Error with your Order

If something is wrong with your order, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your order is damaged, unsafe, incorrect, missing items, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can put things right.

How to report an issue

• Please include a photo of the issue if possible.

What we will do

• We will review your report and offer the correct remedy; a replacement, refund, or credit for the affected items.

• For food safety reasons, we may ask you not to eat the affected item and to keep or dispose of it as advised.

Delivery Problems

If your order does not arrive on the delivery day you choose, or there is a delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate with our delivery partners and make things right.

 

Subscriptions

You can manage, skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Orders that have already passed the cut off time and are being prepared cannot be refunded, but you can skip or cancel future deliveries.

How Refunds are issued

If a refund is due, it will be sent to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days after we confirm the remedy.
